Reports To: Controller
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Position Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):
- Verify and enter daily cash receipts and transactions related to accounts receivable into financial system
- Download and verify cash reports daily
- Prepare journal entries related to accounts receivable and other functional responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance of cash receipts records
- Copy, file, and retrieve material for accounts receivable as needed
- Responsible for performing special projects as designated
- Cross train as back-up for other staff as needed

- Exceptional ability to work well in a team environment
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting processes, procedures and internal controls
- Strong ability to prioritize assignments in a challenging fast paced environment
- Working ability to solve problems
- Extremely strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working ability to operate standard office equipment; such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred. Organizational understanding of accounting required
Experience: Minimum 2 years accounting experience
Working Conditions: Office setting
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time working on a computer
- Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects and use a keyboard
- Ability to see within normal parameters
- Ability to hear within normal range
- Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s)
